i urge you to consider merging all discussions in to one blog
that being said this is yours - do what you want
I'll consider that. Anyone else amazed someone paid $9,000,000 for this house in a residential neighborhood? That would fetch a pretty nice house in Brentwood with acreage instead.
ReplyDeleteI am amazed that this is within code? 11K sq ft on a 13K lot? Does the basement sq footage not count as parcel coverage?
ReplyDeleteI think its ugly and looks like a boutique hotel in Vermont. Supposedly the Head of Warner Bros. bought it...
sold in 2008 for 3 million and 4 years later sells for 9 million. really! you forget to mention the house that was there in 2008 was torn down and this is a newly constructed home. either way, to big of house for the lot, surprised it made code
ReplyDeleteWaaaaaaay too big.
ReplyDeleteNot in keeping with the character of the neighborhood.
And that ass Dean Halo, GC built it...bleech.
It looks like a boutique hotel in a residential neighborhood. Virtually no backyard and now a speculators ultimate wet dream. Unfortunately, we will see more huge megamansions popping up in hopes of capitalizing like this project. It is amazing how this made it through the city of Santa Monica.
